I think that the Lord really set out to encourage us this past w/e. First at our service on Saturday night and then during our leaders meeting on Sunday.

It seemed clear that there is genuine excitement and commitment to being a decentralized network of simple churches.

FINALLY!!

I think I've shared with many of you over the past 10 months, my frustration at not being able to cry or weep. Not feel, mind you ... but just shed some tears.

Well, God's funny.

I was driving back from the gym at lunch and I was listening to the song "Ocean Floor" by Audio Adrenaline (man, I feel like I'm 25 ... just typing that sentence) and I just lost it during the chorus.

Man, I needed that.

very cool. Hi I'm tim - I'll be moving down to do life with you all very soon. I was thinking today about our visit there last fall. At a gathering, before everyone left, someone (forgive me, I don't remember who) said to my wife, "I just know you guys will be here...I just know it." And we will. God is awesome.
